Artificial Intelligence Specialist with a Focus on Machine Learning Models

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models to improve organizational processes. The goal is to create models that identify data patterns and help managers make faster and more accurate decisions.

You will collaborate with data, software engineering, and product teams to develop predictive, classification, and behavior analysis models and integrate them into the organization's operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing machine learning and deep learning models.
• Analyzing data, cleaning and preparing datasets for model training.
• Monitoring and evaluating model performance and continuously improving them.
• Developing APIs to connect models to organizational systems.
• Documenting models and presenting results to management and operational teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with deep learning concepts, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
• Ability to work with large datasets and databases.
• Experience in designing data processing pipelines and model training workflows.

Success in this role requires algorithmic thinking, deep data analysis skills, and the ability to implement reliable and practical models in real-world environments.

You must be able to create models from raw data that enable prediction, classification, and behavioral analysis of users or organizational processes.
