Software Development Specialist and Application Lifecycle Management

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization's software and managing the software project lifecycle. The goal is to ensure code quality, timely development, and implementation of ALM standards in software development processes.

You will collaborate with requirements analysis, testing, and DevOps teams to ensure the software is delivered according to quality standards and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Developing and improving organizational software using appropriate languages and frameworks.
• Managing the software lifecycle from design to delivery and maintenance.
• Collaborating with QA and DevOps teams to ensure quality and process automation.
• Documenting code and development processes to improve maintainability and scalability.
• Identifying and fixing bugs and providing solutions to improve software performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with ALM concepts, Git, and DevOps processes.
• Ability to design, implement, and test high-quality, maintainable code.
• Teamwork skills and the ability to solve complex problems in software development environments.
