Operational Development and DevOps Specialist

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for automating, integrating, and optimizing software development and deployment processes. The goal is to increase development speed, improve code quality, and ensure system stability.

You will collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure CI/CD processes, cloud infrastructure, and configuration management are implemented effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and managing CI/CD processes and software deployment automation.
• Managing server infrastructure, networks, and cloud services.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting operational issues.
• Integrating development, testing, and monitoring tools to improve team productivity.
• Documenting processes and training teams to follow DevOps standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and managing Linux/Windows servers.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and resolve operational issues.
• Teamwork experience and coordination between development and operations teams.

Success in this role requires strong technical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to continuously improve processes and infrastructure.

You should be able to maintain a stable, secure, and efficient development and deployment environment and assist teams in troubleshooting challenges.
