Agile and Scrum Project Management Specialist

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading software and operational projects using Agile methodology and the Scrum framework. The goal is to improve team collaboration, increase output quality, and ensure on-time product delivery.

You will collaborate with development, analysis, and operations teams, managing sprints, daily standups, and reviews to ensure teams achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading sprints and daily Scrum meetings.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
