Doctrine and Organizational Culture Specialist

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and promoting organizational doctrine and culture, as well as defining behavioral standards and organizational values. The goal is to create cultural alignment and enhance professional and ethical behavior across the organization.

You will work with HR, training, and management teams to design and implement policies, cultural programs, and educational content related to organizational values and doctrine.

Responsibilities

• Developing and documenting organizational doctrine and values.
• Designing and implementing educational and cultural programs for employees.
• Coordinating with HR and management teams to ensure cultural alignment within the organization.
• Providing recommendations and solutions to improve organizational culture.
• Monitoring and reporting on the state of organizational culture and proposing corrective actions.

Minimum Requirements

• Familiarity with concepts of doctrine, organizational culture, and change management.
• Ability to design and implement educational and cultural programs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to analyze cultural conditions and provide practical solutions.
