Performance Evaluation and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Design Specialist

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing organizational performance evaluation systems using the BSC method. The goal is to create accurate and measurable criteria for assessing unit efficiency and improving overall organizational performance.

You will collaborate with HR, management, and data analysis teams to ensure KPIs, objectives, and performance reports are standardized and analytically valuable.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing BSC-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyzing unit performance and providing managerial and analytical reports.
• Coordinating with teams to achieve goals and enhance organizational performance.
• Documenting evaluation processes and proposing performance improvement solutions.
• Continuously monitoring indicators and updating the BSC system for higher accuracy and efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the BSC method and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ability to analyze data and deliver accurate and understandable reports.
• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in performance management and organizational evaluation.

Success in this role requires deep understanding of performance evaluation processes, analytical skills, and the ability to provide actionable recommendations for organizational improvement.

You must be able to analyze organizational objectives and metrics and propose operational solutions for enhancing performance.
