Performance Evaluation and OKR Design Specialist

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). The goal is to align teams and departments with organizational strategies and enhance performance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will work with management, HR, and data analysis teams to define measurable objectives and ensure standardized monitoring and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational and departmental objectives and define related Key Results (OKRs).
• Periodically monitor progress and provide reports to senior management.
• Coordinate among teams to achieve OKRs and improve performance.
• Document processes and provide improvement recommendations based on OKR insights.
• Analyze data and offer actionable suggestions to improve results.

Minimum Requirements

• Familiarity with OKR methodology and organizational goal-setting processes.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, accurate reports.
• Communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in performance management and strategic planning.

Success in this role requires the ability to align organizational goals, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to enhance team effectiveness.

You must be able to track OKRs and guide teams toward achieving them.
