Value Chain and Organizational Process Improvement Specialist

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the organization’s value chain. The goal is to identify strengths and weaknesses in processes and enhance the added value for customers and stakeholders.

You will work with production, operations, marketing, and data analysis teams to ensure the value stream—from resource acquisition to product delivery—is optimized.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and optimizing the organization’s value chain processes.
• Identifying weaknesses and offering improvement solutions to enhance efficiency and added value.
• Coordinating between departments to create an integrated value flow.
• Analyzing data and generating management and performance reports.
• Documenting processes and proposing operational changes to increase productivity.

Minimum Requirements

• Familiarity with value chain models and organizational process analysis.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate, practical reports.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience in process management and organizational performance improvement.

Success in this role requires the ability to analyze the value stream, make strategic decisions, and propose operational solutions to enhance organizational performance.
