Brand Strategy and Development Specialist

Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization's brand strategies. The goal is to strengthen brand identity, improve market positioning, and build effective communication with target audiences.

You will collaborate with marketing, content, product, and design teams to ensure branding campaigns, advertising activities, and brand development programs are executed effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing brand strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities.
  • Developing visual and verbal brand identity and monitoring compliance with standards.
  • Collaborating with content, marketing, and product teams to execute campaigns.
  • Providing performance reports and key brand KPIs to management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience in designing and executing brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Market analysis and customer behavior research skills.
  • Teamwork and project management skills in branding projects.
  • Familiarity with brand performance indicators and digital marketing.

Success in this role requires creativity, precise market analysis, and the ability to design effective strategies to build and strengthen the organization’s brand.

You must be able to develop brand identity, manage campaigns, and evaluate success indicators.
