Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing management dashboards and analytical reports for various organizational units. The goal is to transform raw data into interpretable insights and provide decision-making tools for managers.
You will collaborate with the data analysis team, software engineering team, and product managers, receiving data from various sources, structuring it, and delivering it in the form of accurate, standardized, and usable dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing BI dashboards with managerial and operational perspectives.
- Analyzing the needs of organizational units and converting them into effective reports.
- Standardizing data visualization methods for faster managerial decision-making.
- Optimizing report performance and improving loading speed.
- Documenting dashboards and training end users.
Minimum Requirements
- Full proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
- Familiarity with Data Warehouse concepts and data modeling.
- A solid understanding of managerial KPIs and organizational performance indicators.
- Ability to analyze data and provide accurate, reliable visual solutions.
Performing in this role requires high precision, deep understanding of the data lifecycle, and the ability to translate data into organizational insights.
You must be able to receive data from various sources and provide the most appropriate visual representation for managers and specialists while adhering to visual design principles.
