This document contains the terms and conditions of use of the official website of Gity Corporation and all related products, services and software solutions. Entering the website and using any of the sections will constitute full and unconditional acceptance of the provisions of this document.

All material and intellectual property rights belong to Gity Corporation and include products, services, solutions, software, tools, infrastructure, dashboards, ideas, policies, methods, analyses, designs, algorithms, technical documentation, graphic and textual content. Any reproduction, publication or exploitation, even partial, without obtaining official written permission from the company is prohibited and will result in legal prosecution.
Authorized access and use
The use of Gity products, services and solutions is permitted only by entering into a contract with the company and within the framework of legal, commercial activities and in accordance with the current regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and relevant international governing laws. Any misuse of any part or platform, including unauthorized access, reverse engineering, data extraction or exploitation of vulnerabilities, will result in the cancellation of access and legal action.
Information confidentiality and data protection
Customers are committed to protecting Gity's information and assets at all times in accordance with technical and legal standards. All information exchanged through the systems is considered confidential and no transfer to third parties will be made without the written consent of the user and except in cases of legal obligation.
Limit of Liability
Despite making every effort to provide stable services, Gity Corporation does not provide any guarantee against interruptions, delays, technical errors, or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. The user is responsible for the correct use of the outputs and interpretation of the results of intelligent analysis.
Change of contents and mandatory new versions
Gity Company reserves the right to modify and update the contents of this document at any time based on commercial or technical requirements. The revised version shall be effective from the time of publication on the website and continued use by users shall constitute acceptance thereof.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Authority
This agreement shall be subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and in the event of any dispute regarding agreements or interpretations, the matter of dispute shall be referred to Mr. Mohammad Ansarimehr, with the position of Official Expert of Justice with License Number 1701550035, or to Mr. Mojtaba Ansarimehr, with the position of Official Expert of Justice with License Number 1729550034, as a specialized arbitrator for arbitration, whose expert opinion shall be binding on the parties, and the convicted party shall be required to pay all expert fees.
